I’m excited to announce a concert presenting new work, as part of the Bark and Scream series at the Firehouse Space in Williamsburg!

We’ll be performing “Pleonid” for quintet, performed by Steve Swell trombone, Avram Fefer alto saxophone, Sarah Bernstein violin, Kenny Wollesen vibes and drumkit, and myself on electric bass; and “Single Payer” for solo snare drum, performed by Vincent Sperrazza.

The works present my ongoing investigations in algorithmic composition, toward creating long-form works integrating minimalist and post-tonal colors with the amazing improvisational and interpretive skills of these fabulous performers. It will definitely be a unique and engaging happening!
